BakerCrave (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital-only store offering files for kitchen-related products and projects. All purchases are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the product details and license terms presented at the time of purchase.

You must provide accurate contact, billing, and payment information and use an authorized payment method. Digital files or download instructions are provided electronically after payment is confirmed, according to the delivery details stated with your purchase. Please review the product description, included content, file formats, and compatibility requirements before purchasing. You are responsible for choosing suitable software, equipment, materials, and settings, and for safely using anything you create with the files. This does not limit our responsibility to supply digital content that meets its description and applicable legal requirements.

Purchasing digital files grants the usage rights specified in the applicable product listing or license. Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with BakerCrave or the relevant rights holders. Personal and commercial use must comply with the license applicable to your purchase. You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly upload the digital files, including modified versions, unless expressly permitted by that license or applicable law.

Prices and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. Changes to prices or product offerings do not alter confirmed orders. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled purchase.

Cancellations, refunds, and problems with digital files are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Your statutory cancellation rights and remedies for faulty, missing, or misdescribed content remain unaffected.

Use our website lawfully. Fraud, unauthorized access, harmful software, and infringement of intellectual property rights are prohibited. We may restrict access in response to misuse, subject to applicable law and your existing purchase rights.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with BakerCrave, and product or order questions should be directed to us. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms for future transactions. Updates do not retroactively reduce the rights granted with an earlier purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
