BakerCrave is a digital-only store offering files for kitchen-related products and projects. All purchases are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.

Please review the product description, included content, and compatibility requirements before purchasing.

Digital files cannot be physically returned. Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds once files have been downloaded or accessed.

If you receive incorrect, missing, corrupted, or misdescribed files, or experience download difficulties, contact [support@bakercrave.com](mailto:support@bakercrave.com) with your order number and a description of the issue. We will help resolve the problem and provide corrected files, a replacement, or a refund as appropriate and required by law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where a 14-day withdrawal period applies, it ends only when digital delivery begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose this right, and any legally required confirmation has been provided.
