YMT E-Fatura Invoice Automation is a private internal accounting tool operated by YMT, the business operating BakerCrave. It is used only by the business owner and authorized colleagues.
The application connects through Etsy Open API and OAuth to read paid order information from two Etsy shops owned by the same business. Order information is used solely to create legally required e-Archive invoices through KolayBi, save invoice PDFs locally, and upload them to the corresponding manually created Navlungo shipments.
The application is not available to the public or other Etsy sellers. It does not modify listings, send marketing emails, scrape Etsy pages, sell personal information, or use order information for advertising.
Customer and order information is processed only when necessary for invoicing, accounting, shipment documentation, and legal record-keeping. Access is restricted to the business owner and authorized personnel.
Privacy and Data Use
The application processes only the order information necessary for invoicing and shipment documentation, including order identifiers, customer contact and delivery details, purchased items, quantities, prices, and currency. Required information is transmitted only to KolayBi for invoice creation and to Navlungo for shipment documentation. Etsy API credentials are not shared with these services. Access is limited to the business owner and authorized personnel. Records are retained only as required for accounting, invoicing, shipment operations, and applicable legal obligations. Etsy OAuth access can be revoked through the Etsy Connected Apps settings. Privacy, access, correction, or deletion inquiries may be sent to support@bakercrave.com, subject to legal retention requirements.
